July 5-6: changes in tram traffic because of cultural events in Riga
On July 5, from 19:30 and till the closure of the tram traffic, and on July 6, from 21:00 and till the closure of the tram traffic, tram routes No. 5, 6 and 7 will be changed. During the above period, those passengers using one-month tickets on tram routes to be changed will be allowed to use these tickets on other bus, trolleybus and tram routes to reach the necessary destinations, without registering their trips.
On route No. 5, trams will run from Iļģuciems to the Central market and back to Iļģuciems. A part of the route between the city centre and Mīlgrāvis will be closed.
On route No. 6 trams will run from Jugla to Railway Terminal Square and back to Jugla. A part of the route between the city centre and Ausekļa Street will be closed.
On route No. 7 trams will run from trade centre “Dole” to the Central market and back to trade centre “Dole”. A part of the route between the city centre and Ausekļa Street will be closed.
